I have experience with all kinds of birth and can help you work on everything from your mindset to pushing mechanics. But I have special experience and practice working to improve the the outcomes and experiences of hospital-based families. If you are giving birth in a hospital and don’t have the budget for doula assistance, this service is HIGHLY recommended for you.

I cannot predict or control how your labor will go. But I can guarantee that taking an ACTIVE role in your prep and decisions surrounding your birth will improve your experience. From a research and experienced perspective, the more informed and prepared you are, you have a more enjoyable experience, no matter how it unfolds. Research done on mothers decades later, shows that what they remember most is how they felt during labor, not necessarily all the medical details. Replace your fear with peace and knowledge that you have what it takes to navigate your birth in the most positive way.
Take action for yourself and invest in what truly matters.
Advice from a seasoned doula, birth educator and Mom…
Parents need way less stuff and much more knowledge and confidence for this tender time. Even with a limited budget, you don’t need to do it alone with just a hope for the best.
My expertise is helping families achieve an educated and confident experience, particularly in a hospital. While birth is a healthy and normal process, it is difficult and overwhelming navigating the medical system without a lot of fear and self-doubt.
My knowledge and skill set started first with a desire to help myself after my first birth left me feeling confused and frustrated. I was hungry for knowledge and spent my next pregnancy reading and researching in order to show up feeling informed, using my voice and trusting my own inner strength. It changed me forever. Since then, I have been honored to help others have a positive birth experience.
Working with hundreds of parents, spending years teaching and in the birth space, I have a well of knowledge to offer you. I have supported many different kinds of births, seen all the highs, the lows and potential challenges and frustrations. I can give you the real-talk you need to help you find your confidence and learn some practical steps you can take to enjoy the day you meet your baby.
